How do I enroll?
Click “Enroll” for online banking.

What account number do I enter on the enrollment form?
You may enter any account number you own.  Once your account is activated you will be able to view all of your accounts.

After completing the enrollment form it tells me to go back to login, why won’t my login work? 
After you receive the confirmation of enrollment you will need to wait until you receive an email notifying that your enrollment is complete.  This process is normally done within 12 business hours.

How do I sign up for Bill Pay?
Log into your online banking and click on the Bill Payment link.  Read and accept the agreement and you are automatically set up.

Is my User ID case sensitive?
No.

How many characters are required for my User ID?
You may use up to 10 alpha or numeric characters.

Is my password case sensitive? 
Yes

How many characters does the password have to be? 
No less than 6 and no more than 10.

Why would I need to register my computer?
The system will recognize your computer as your primary site and you will not have to answer the extra security questions every time you login.

I emailed a message to the bank and I did not receive a reply, why?
If you sent the message while you were in online banking, you will receive your reply in your messages center in online banking. This is to insure that the messages that are sent are secure.

Do you have any instructions to help use the new system?
The “Demo” on the login page is a great place to start or you can click “online help” from any screen and receive detailed instructions for each function.

How do I log off?
Click Exit and your session will end.
